Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a closet; Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a closet. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. An additional sleeping area has a sofa bed. One full bathroom has a shower and tub; the other has a shower.
The fenced backyard includes a private heated outdoor pool with a surrounding fence, four lounge chairs, an uncovered deck/patio, outdoor seating and dining furniture with an umbrella, a gas barbecue and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Three beach chairs are available. Free driveway parking accommodates five cars.
