The home accommodates up to eight guests and has an open-concept living room, a family room, large decks and a lower-level gym and TV lounge opening onto the pool area. The patio has an outdoor shower, a gas grill, outdoor furniture and eight lounge chairs.
Three sleeping rooms are on the first/main floor: one with two twin beds, one with two double beds and one with a queen bed. The upstairs primary room has a king bed. Each has air conditioning, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The queen and king rooms also have balcony/deck access. The primary ensuite includes a shower and tub; the other full bathrooms have showers.
The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and cookware. Central air conditioning, heating, a usable fireplace, Wi-Fi, television, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Parking and a private entrance are available.
