The house

The home has an open-plan living and dining area connected to an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware and tableware. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The estimated floor area is 2,000 square feet.

All three bedrooms and the additional sleeping area are on the main floor. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, cable TV and a closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a closet; Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a closet. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. An additional sleeping area has a sofa bed. One full bathroom has a shower and tub; the other has a shower.

The fenced backyard includes a private heated outdoor pool with a surrounding fence, four lounge chairs, an uncovered deck/patio, outdoor seating and dining furniture with an umbrella, a gas barbecue and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Three beach chairs are available. Free driveway parking accommodates five cars.

The home is on a private block in East Hampton, minutes from area beaches. Indian Wells is a nearby beach. Nearby options include Nick and Toni’s, East Hampton Grill, EH IGA, Stop & Shop and Long House. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
