Bau Haus sleeps five guests in three bedrooms and has two full bathrooms. Its minimalist interiors feature a monochromatic palette, color accents and hardwood floors. The primary bedroom and the double-bed guest bedroom have sliding glass doors opening onto the deck; the third bedroom is at the front of the house and has two twin beds. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a shower/tub combination.
The central living area has high ceilings, skylights, large windows, a couch, accent chairs, a usable fireplace and a piano. Sliding glass doors lead to the backyard deck. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee provisions, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Outside are an uncovered deck with a dining table and chairs, a grill, and a private outdoor pool surrounded by a second wooden deck. Steps lead down from the upper deck to the pool. The house is minutes from East Hampton's restaurants and shops, Three Mile Harbor and Sammy's Beach.
