The open-plan living and sleeping area includes carpeted floors, a three-seater couch, a TV with streaming apps requiring guests' own accounts, and a study nook. A carpet hump may obstruct access to the TV cabinet.
The compact kitchen has an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus cookware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining table seats two. The private bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and hairdryer. In-unit laundry includes a stacked washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.
Air conditioning is split-system in the living room and central in the bedroom. A patio or balcony, outdoor seating, heating and an elevator are included among the facilities.
