The open-plan living area has couches, armchairs, a TV with free-to-air and streaming options, a four-seat dining table and blackout blinds. Air conditioning serves the living area and both bedrooms; heating is also available.
The first bedroom has a king bed, blackout blinds, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and blackout blinds. Hotel-style linen, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. A washer, dryer and iron are available.
The kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, a refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, plus a four-seat countertop area. Wi-Fi and free on-site parking for one car are available. Shared facilities include an indoor communal pool, sauna and gym on level 5; a hot tub is also available. The building has an elevator, and there are no stairs inside the apartment.
