The house

The apartment has one bedroom with a king bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe with eight hangers, and hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup. The open-plan living and sleeping area includes carpeted floors, a three-seater couch, a TV with streaming apps requiring guests' own accounts, and a study nook. A carpet hump may obstruct access to the TV cabinet.

The compact kitchen has an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus cookware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining table seats two. The private bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and hairdryer. In-unit laundry includes a stacked washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Air conditioning is split-system in the living room and central in the bedroom. A patio or balcony, outdoor seating, heating and an elevator are included among the facilities. The communal outdoor pool and BBQ area are on Level 2. Towels, bed linen, bathroom essentials and a small welcome amenity pack are provided.

Roma Street Station is a six-minute walk away. Queen Street Mall and the Brisbane River are within walking distance, and Brisbane Airport is 20 minutes away by car. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.
