House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Approved stays with pets incur a $200 additional cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for personal belongings. Retrieval of left items is not guaranteed; return within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Roma Street Station is a six-minute walk away; Queen Street Mall and the Brisbane River are within walking distance. Brisbane Airport is 20 minutes away by car. Stairs are present at the onsite lockbox location, with easier access via the main building entrance. A carpet hump may obstruct access to the TV cabinet.
