The apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, each with one queen bed. The open-plan living and dining area has a four-seat couch and a TV with free-to-air channels, cable channels and Netflix available. A covered private balcony has a ceiling fan and outdoor dining furniture. Split-system heating and cooling serves both bedrooms and the living area; ceiling fans are in the bedrooms, living area and balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen includes utensils, cutlery, an oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining table seats two, with two additional seats at the countertop. A laundry room has a washer and dryer. Hotel-style bed linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, iron and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Room-darkening shades and a smoke detector are available.
The building has a communal outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs and an elevator. Free underground parking accommodates one medium vehicle. Wi-Fi is available.
Cairns North is just north of Cairns CBD. Cafes, restaurants, shops and natural attractions are within walking distance, with Cairns Esplanade Lagoon, parks and outdoor entertainment nearby. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.
