The living area has a four-person recliner couch and a smart TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps. A private covered balcony provides alfresco dining.
The equipped kitchen has a gas stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery and wine glasses. The dining table seats four, with two additional countertop seats. A washing machine, dryer, iron, towels, toiletries, hairdryer and hotel-style three-sheet bed linen are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack. Ducted heating and cooling extend throughout the apartment. Wi-Fi, a desk and a laptop-friendly workspace are available.
Building facilities include a communal outdoor swimming pool, gym and BBQ area. Free secure onsite parking accommodates one large car. An elevator is available.
