Outdoor facilities include an in-ground hot tub, teak loungers, multiple seating areas and a built-in gas barbecue. The kitchen has granite countertops, a spacious island, premium appliances and a six-burner gas range, with access to the outdoor grilling area.
Three garden-view suites have split air conditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms and space for a crib or Pack and Play. The primary suite opens directly to the pool and has lofted ceilings, a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, dual vanity and private outdoor lava-rock shower. Guest Suite 2 opens to the yard and lanai; both guest suites have ensuite soaking tubs and showers. A powder room is also listed.
The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every room, a printer/scanner, a Sonos audio system, linens and Malie Organics toiletries.
