The villa has a high-ceilinged great room with ocean-facing glass, koa wood accents, a flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system. A formal dining area seats eight, and an adjacent wet bar provides additional entertaining space. The equipped kitchen has granite counters, a sandstone backsplash, premium appliances, an espresso machine, food processor, juicer and rice cooker, plus bar seating. Other kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, blender and mixer; a BBQ is also available.
The primary suite has lanai access and a private outdoor shower garden. Guest Bedroom 2 has courtyard access and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom and an ocean-view lanai. Guest Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom and courtyard access. Guest bedrooms have televisions.
An expansive lanai has multiple outdoor seating and dining areas beside the private heated pool and landscaped yard. Pool heat up to 78°F is complimentary; higher temperatures incur an additional charge arranged through the concierge. A pool fence is available by request. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards and a cooler are provided, along with a Pack ’N Play, extra linens and a safe. Additional beach-equipment rentals are available for a fee.

Optional paid access to Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort includes resort facilities such as three heated freshwater pools, three hot tubs, two golf courses, eleven tennis courts, spas, fitness centers, restaurants and lounges, cultural programming and children’s activities.
