The house

Vaulted wood ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the open living and dining spaces to covered lanais, landscaped gardens and the pool. Outdoor facilities include an in-ground hot tub, teak loungers, multiple seating areas and a built-in gas barbecue. The kitchen has granite countertops, a spacious island, premium appliances and a six-burner gas range, with access to the outdoor grilling area.

Three garden-view suites have split air conditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms and space for a crib or Pack and Play. The primary suite opens directly to the pool and has lofted ceilings, a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, dual vanity and private outdoor lava-rock shower. Guest Suite 2 opens to the yard and lanai; both guest suites have ensuite soaking tubs and showers. A powder room is also listed.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every room, a printer/scanner, a Sonos audio system, linens and Malie Organics toiletries. A full laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink, storage and yard access. Children are welcome, with games, plates, bowls, bedding and bath toys, plus a Pack and Play available at no charge. Beach towels, reef booties, umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs and floaties are provided. A six-seat E-Z-GO golf cart is available for resort transportation.

Guests have access to Pauoa Beach Club's oceanfront pools, lounges, ocean-view fitness center, saunas and massage rooms, as well as community pool and hot-tub amenities. Separate Mauna Lani Resort fitness, golf, tennis and pickleball access and beach-equipment rentals carry charges. Nearby options include Fairmont Orchid Beach, Mauna Lani Beach Club, Mauna Lani Golf Courses, dining, boutiques and resort pathways.

The home is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations. Stays include pre-arrival inspection, stocked household supplies, pre-arrival planning and guest support. An optional introduction and orientation is available within business hours. Property-specific concierge options include grocery shopping, housekeeping, private yoga and personal chefs.
