The residence offers over 3,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living with tropical gardens, golf-course views and ocean views. Sliding glass walls connect the living room to the lanai. The living area has a 65-inch Smart TV and Sonos sound, with an adjacent dining table and breakfast bar.
The kitchen includes a Wolf gas range, double ovens, wine fridge, granite counters, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine, food processor, rice cooker, blender, toaster oven and coffee maker. The lanai has shaded dining, a wet bar and built-in grill beside the private lagoon-style saline pool and hot tub.
The primary suite includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, private lanai, outdoor shower and Smart TV. The second primary suite has a deep tub, shower, dual vanities, lanai access, Smart TV and an attached office nook. The detached ohana cottage has a full bath, garden lanai and wet bar with mini fridge.
Guests have complimentary access to the Ocean Club, Sports & Wellness Club and Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Ocean Club has an infinity-edge pool, whirlpool spas, cabanas, palapas, outdoor pavilions, sundeck and whale-watching platform. The Sports & Wellness Club has a lagoon-style pool with a kids’ area, fitness center, locker rooms, game room and BBQ lanai; adjacent Hana Pono Park has 5.5 acres of lawns and walking paths.
