Children are welcome. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Additional guests may be accommodated by prior inquiry; additional guest fees apply. A Pack and Play is available at no charge. Separate resort fitness, golf, tennis and pickleball access and beach-equipment rentals carry charges. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day.
Getting there
The home is steps from the Fairmont Orchid shoreline in the gated Pauoa Beach community. A car is recommended; a six-seat golf cart is available for exploring the resort. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures for the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes; plan travel accordingly.
