The house

The apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each with one queen bed. Bright interiors and expansive windows overlook the city skyline. The living area has a four-person recliner couch and a smart TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps. A private covered balcony provides alfresco dining.

The equipped kitchen has a gas stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery and wine glasses. The dining table seats four, with two additional countertop seats. A washing machine, dryer, iron, towels, toiletries, hairdryer and hotel-style three-sheet bed linen are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack. Ducted heating and cooling extend throughout the apartment. Wi-Fi, a desk and a laptop-friendly workspace are available.

Building facilities include a communal outdoor swimming pool, gym and BBQ area. Free secure onsite parking accommodates one large car. An elevator is available. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided.

Roma Street Parkland, Queen Street Mall, Howard Smith Wharf and the Museum of Brisbane are nearby, together with dining, entertainment and public transport. Long-term stays are also allowed. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
