House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour, smoking or pets. Additional people require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. A house-rule breach may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Arrival information is provided three days before check-in for a successfully reserved booking, subject to successful identity verification. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are optional, subject to availability assessed from the night before, and incur an additional charge. Guaranteed early access requires booking the preceding night if available; guaranteed late departure requires an additional night if available. At checkout, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take out rubbish using the appropriate bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Small rubbish bags may go down the hall chute; recycling is at the car park entrance. Check for belongings before departure. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees.

Getting there

Keys must be collected offsite, 400 metres from the apartment; collection is available 24/7. Stairs are not required for property access, but wheelchair access is not available. Wharf Street Stop 156 near Ann St is 20 m away, Brisbane Central Station on Ann St is 300 m away, and Riverside Ferry Terminal is 500 m away. Brisbane Airport is 20 km away, approximately 20 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transport. Parking is limited to one large car.
