Text and voice, on the same content.
A guest types on the beach and talks in the kitchen. Both draw on the guide you published, so the answer doesn't change with the medium.
Features
One property, written once, working across three acts: the public page a stranger finds before they book, Chucho Go on their phone after they do, and the screen already awake in the house once they arrive — with the answers, the console behind all of it, and what stays private throughout. Tap any screenshot to read it full size.
Opt-in, property by property, on every plan including free. It carries the facts you approved, the photos you chose, what a guest should know before arriving, and the questions earlier guests asked — then one button that sends them to book on your own site. No platform in between.

What the page shows
What it never shows
Search engines and assistants can read the same approved facts:
/llms.txt, /agents.md and a public read-only API describe
every property you choose to publish. What they do with that is up to them.
A link or a QR code opens the guide. No app to download, no account to make, nothing for you to install. English or Spanish, and the palette turns from day to night at the property's own sunset.
The greeting, the house, and everything else one tap away.
The places you chose, each carrying your own note.
Providers you work with, booked from the page.
Weather, tides and surf for this stretch of coast.
A question at any hour, typed or spoken.

Ordering from town and bookable experiences appear where local partners are live for the property — Rapido for delivery, WellFred for wellness and activities. The guide, the picks, the conditions and the asking work everywhere.
The guests walk in carrying groceries and the room greets them by name — no link to find, no phone to unlock. Chucho Go stays in their pocket for the beach and the road; the screen on the counter is the same property, the same words you wrote once, on a surface that is simply already on. It turns from day to dusk at the property's own sunset.
The welcome says their names out loud, then gets out of the way.
Ordered from the counter, tracked to the gate, with your share of it recorded.
The coast at dawn, scored for this stretch, read over coffee.
One quiet question a night becomes a page the stay wrote for itself.

The hardware, plainly
$300 once per property, or bring your own Android tablet. The public page and Chucho Go work exactly the same without one — the screen is a third surface for the property you already wrote, not a fourth thing to manage.
What the room adds is the guestbook, the piece guests remember: read back, corrected, and signed into the house's own book by checkout. And when something stops being a question — a broken air conditioner, a guest who wants a human — the screen hands it to your team with the context already attached.
04 · Any hour
The gate, the checkout hour, how the air conditioning works, where to eat tonight. Chucho answers from the guide you wrote and the questions you approved. When something isn't covered, it turns up in your console as a gap to fill, so next week's guest gets the answer this week's one wanted.
Typed or spoken
A guest types on the beach and talks in the kitchen. Both draw on the guide you published, so the answer doesn't change with the medium.
Two languages
You write the house in one language and the guide carries both, on the public page and in Chucho Go.
What's included
Every property gets that free allowance, no card. A paid property answers without a monthly limit.
When it needs a person
A broken air conditioner, a medical worry, a guest who simply wants a human. Chucho hands it to your team with the context already attached and puts the right emergency numbers one tap away, so nobody starts from zero and nobody is left reading a screen when they need a voice.
05 · Your side of it
House notes, Wi-Fi, arrival and departure, the questions and your local picks live in one editor. You mark what is public and what waits for a booked guest, and where the booking button goes. Change it here and the public page, Chucho Go and the tablet all catch up. The same console shows what guests spent, what the concierge couldn't answer and which tablets went dark overnight — so none of it reaches you as a phone call.
Revenue, orders and device health stay together, with the properties that need attention already pulled forward.
Example portfolio period shown in the dashboard.
Reconciled or not, per provider, ready to settle your share.
Guest questions that missed, clustered and counted, each one tap from becoming a guide entry. The guide gets better every week.
Last sync and a health dot per device, so a dark screen in a property isn't news a guest has to break to you.
In the order a stay meets it: before they book, after they book, once they arrive — then your side of it. This is the whole surface, no small print.
Analytics are per-property and carry no guest names or messages — just what was asked, ordered and how the devices are doing, so the numbers are yours without ever holding a guest's private details.
Where it is available, ordering runs on Rapido, Costa Rica's delivery network, so it reaches the places the big apps don't; wellness and activities run on WellFred's provider network. Surf, tides, weather and air quality come from Open-Meteo. chucho wires your property into the things that already work — it doesn't replace them, it closes the loop between a guest's question and a finished order.
