Act one · Before you book

They find the house, and the answers are already there.

Bedrooms and beds, the pool, the drive up, and the questions earlier guests asked — all of it approved by you. One button sends them to book on your own site.

What stays off the page: the exact address, the Wi-Fi, the door codes. Arrival instructions belong in the private guide; Wi-Fi and access codes wait until arrival.

Publishing is opt-in, property by property, on every plan including the free one — and you can take the page down again whenever you want.

Act two · After you book

The guide follows them onto their phone, weeks before check-in.

Chucho Go opens from a link or a QR code: check-in, the house, the neighbourhood and your own notes, in English or Spanish. No app to download, no account to make, nothing for your team to install.

Your picks travel with it — the places you chose, each carrying your own note, alongside the local partners you have turned on for that property.

By the time they land they know where to buy groceries, which beach works at low tide, and what time the gate closes.

Weather, tides and surf for that property's own stretch of coast keep themselves current, and anything about the house is answered from what you published — without your phone buzzing.

Act three · Once you arrive

The welcome is already awake on the counter.

They walk in and the screen is lit — their own welcome, the house guide, the tide, and the way to dinner. Nothing to unlock, no link to find, no one to ask.

Dinner comes from town to the gate: the order runs through the same picks you wrote, with a host share where our partners are live.

At dawn it is the tide chart; at midnight it is the concierge answering from what you published. The phone in their pocket holds the same guide, so either surface works.

On the last evening it becomes the guestbook page the week wrote, signed before they go.

The tablet is optional: $300 once per property, or bring your own Android tablet. Act one and act two work without it.

One country, many ways of operating

Available throughout Costa Rica.

We are based in Uvita and set up properties anywhere in the country. Each one keeps its own guide, its own picks, its own branding and its own contacts, whether you look after one house yourself or a team looks after forty. Ordering and experiences depend on the local partners serving that address; the public page, Chucho Go, the console and escalation travel nationwide.

Questions

Before you start.

What does it cost to start?

Every property is free and needs no credit card: the public page, Chucho Go, five host picks, 100 text answers and 15 voice minutes a month, in English and Spanish. Paid is $39 per property each month, or $399 per property each year — no setup fee, no contract.

Is the public property page required?

No. Publishing is opt-in, property by property, on every plan including free. A published page needs the name, the town and country, at least one photo, the capacity and a confirmed HTTPS booking link — and you can unpublish it again whenever you want.

Where does the booking happen?

On your own site. The public page carries one outbound booking button pointing at the URL you confirmed. We do not take the reservation, hold availability or handle the money for the stay.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The public page is a web page, and Chucho Go opens from a link or a QR code in the guest's own browser. Nothing to install, no guest account, English or Spanish.

Where in Costa Rica does it work?

Throughout the country. We are based in Uvita. The public page, Chucho Go, the guide, the console and escalation work anywhere; ordering from town and partner experiences depend on the local providers serving that property's area.

Is the tablet required?

No. It is optional, and it is the third act of the same guide — $300 once per property, or bring a compatible Android tablet. It shows what the guest already has on their phone, awake on the counter; the public page and Chucho Go work without it.
