Wonderful in Northwest Woods accommodates up to six guests in a renovated home surrounded by natural landscaping. The open-plan interior includes a spacious living room with tree views, a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area opening to a deck overlooking the pool, and a lower-level second living area extending to the pool. The chef’s kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee equipment, toaster, cookware, dishes, wine fridge and ice maker.
The three bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and balcony/deck access: one has a king bed and full ensuite bathroom, one has a queen bed, and one has two double/full beds. The bathroom layout comprises two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, with a shower/tub combination in one full bathroom and a separate shower and tub in the other.
Outdoor facilities include multiple wraparound decks, a terrace, a fenced backyard, four lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is a private heated outdoor pool and a freestanding hot tub. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Other facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a smart television in the main living room, a private entrance and an electric vehicle charger.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.
