The home offers 2,600 square feet of living space across two levels and a separate pool house. Two king suites in the main home have ensuite bathrooms. Other sleeping areas include queen bedrooms, a bunk room with a children's hideout, and a second living area with a sleeper sofa. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.
Upstairs, the open-plan living area has vaulted ceilings and natural light. The kitchen and large dining area open onto a second-floor deck. A private yard has palm trees, a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The pool house has a king bed, a bathroom with a private enclosed outdoor shower, a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV.
