The maximum occupancy of 16 includes infants and babies. The booking guest must be at least 21. Up to two dogs are allowed with approval and a per-pet fee; undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. All bookings longer than 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The beach is seven blocks away, approximately a seven-minute walk. The home is in the golf cart zone. Golf cart rental availability is not guaranteed; early inquiries are recommended. Living space spans two levels, with the main living, kitchen and dining area upstairs. Construction or community improvement activity may be audible or visible. Mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful at certain times of year; professional pest treatments take place every four to eight weeks.
