This nearly 1,400-square-foot house accommodates up to 10 guests. The backyard has a private, unheated pool and a patio with a sectional sofa, TV, picnic table and bar with swing seats. A fireplace is surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
Inside, the living area has a TV, and dining space includes a dining table and a kitchen bar with four stools. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, a pantry, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, a microwave, oven/stove and dishwasher. A barbecue, heating, ironing board, washer and dryer are also available.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunks and a TV. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and TV. The living room has a full sleeper sofa and TV; an ottoman also folds out into a twin bed. Bedroom linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.
The house is on 11th Street, three to four blocks from the beach, within the golf cart zone. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles depending on size; boat and golf cart parking are allowed. Golf cart rentals can be requested early, subject to availability.
