3 Beachside Homes comprises Carpe Beach Bum, Tranquil Tides, and Down the Shore in the same complex. Each home has three bedrooms, furnished living and dining areas, a flatscreen TV, private balconies, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and in-home laundry. Carpe Beach Bum and Tranquil Tides each also have a queen-size sleeper sofa. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Carpe Beach Bum has two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds; its primary bedroom has a TV and balcony. Tranquil Tides has two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds. All three Tranquil Tides bedrooms have TVs and ensuite bathrooms; the primary bedroom has a private balcony and the third bedroom has a private patio. Down the Shore has a king primary bedroom and a queen second bedroom, both with TVs and ensuite bathrooms; its third bedroom has two double beds, one twin bed and a TV.
Guests share a community pool with a waterslide, poolside seating and charcoal grills. The pool is seasonally heated. Each home has parking for two vehicles. The beach is three blocks away, an eight-minute walk, and the complex is within the golf cart zone. Golf cart rentals can be requested in advance, subject to availability.
