Enjoy the ocean breeze from the incredible 18x40 gunite pool (optional heat available; date restrictions apply), which dips to 9' in depth, or the hot tub, one of many decks, or from the top of the dune deck leading to the beach. A poolside cabana provides extra shade, and a big-screen TV is perfect for movie night or catching a game on a beautiful evening.
An outdoor shower tops the dune deck to rinse off after a beach day. The expansive indoor space stretches across three floors. The top level boasts a gorgeous modern gourmet kitchen with double appliances throughout, a gas stovetop, 2 large islands for seating and entertaining, and all the cooking amenities you could wish for. In addition, three of the eight bedrooms are located on the top level, all featuring custom bathrooms that offer privacy and a quiet space.
