The three-level home accommodates up to 24 guests and has nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms: nine full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include six king beds, two double/twin duo bunk sets, four twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the private den/media room.
Level 1 has three ensuite bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, a recreation room with a pool table and kitchenette, and a double laundry area. Level 2 has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a half bathroom, a great room with a gas fireplace, dining area, an equipped kitchen with a double oven and two dishwashers, and a breakfast room with a gas fireplace. A screened porch and sun deck provide outdoor seating. Level 3 has three ensuite bedrooms, another twin bedroom and a private den/media room with a home theatre system and queen sleeper sofa.
The twin bedroom and den share a bathroom. Two oceanside king suites have deck access; two of the level-three suites have whirlpool tubs.
Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, a nine-person hot tub, dune deck, outdoor shower, gas grill, basketball hoop and fish-cleaning table. The private beach walkway has steps. Five beach chairs are provided. Beach Cabana Plus provides two umbrellas and six beach chairs during May 24–September 11, 2026, and May 30–September 10, 2027.
Entertainment includes an arcade game, multiple TVs/DVDs, cable and streaming TV, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, microwave and toaster. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access. Keyless entry and a welcome program are available.
