Enjoy the ocean breeze from the incredible 18x40 gunite pool (optional heat available; date restrictions apply), which dips to 9' in depth, or the hot tub, one of many decks, or from the top of the dune deck leading to the beach. A poolside cabana provides extra shade, and a big-screen TV is perfect for movie night or catching a game on a beautiful evening.

An outdoor shower tops the dune deck to rinse off after a beach day. The expansive indoor space stretches across three floors. The top level boasts a gorgeous modern gourmet kitchen with double appliances throughout, a gas stovetop, 2 large islands for seating and entertaining, and all the cooking amenities you could wish for.
