House rules
No smoking. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted; cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Saturday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is available in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
Oceanfront with a private beach walkway with steps and a dune-top deck. The home spans three floors. Parking is limited to eight vehicles. Duck is about 15–20 minutes away; the 4x4 beaches are minutes away.
