Private outdoor 18x40 gunite pool, reaching 9 feet deep, with a poolside cabana. Scheduled opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional heating costs $800 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Extended opening dates are April 11, 2026, and April 10, 2027; extended closing dates are October 16, 2026, and October 15, 2027. Extending pool dates costs $500 plus tax per week.
