House rules

Keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Excessive noise may result in an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction. Any house-rule breach may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Lost, mislaid or unreturned keys/access swipes may incur replacement costs up to $700.00. Mandatory ID verification via a secure Stripe ID link is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or following night, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Return all keys. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.

Getting there

The apartment is on level 60, which may be unsuitable for guests uncomfortable with heights. There are no stairs inside the apartment. Key collection is off-site, 140 m away, and is not available 24 hours a day. Parking is limited to one car. Howard Smith Wharves is a four-minute walk (250 m); Brisbane Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away.
