The house

The level-60 apartment accommodates four guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living area has couches, armchairs, a TV with free-to-air and streaming options, a four-seat dining table and blackout blinds. Air conditioning serves the living area and both bedrooms; heating is also available.

The first bedroom has a king bed, blackout blinds, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and blackout blinds. Hotel-style linen, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. A washer, dryer and iron are available.

The kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, a refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, plus a four-seat countertop area. Wi-Fi and free on-site parking for one car are available. Shared facilities include an indoor communal pool, sauna and gym on level 5; a hot tub is also available. The building has an elevator, and there are no stairs inside the apartment.

Local cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby. Howard Smith Wharves is a four-minute walk (250 m), Spring Hill Marketplace Shopping Centre is a four-minute walk (350 m), Fortitude Music Hall is a nine-minute walk (650 m), and Queen Street Mall is a 14-minute walk. The apartment is between Brisbane and Fortitude Valley train stations, with bus stops nearby. Brisbane Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away.

Self check-in is offered with off-site key collection. Hotel service is not provided. A small welcome amenity pack is supplied. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Booking protection through Travel Support covers lost baggage and emergency medical expenses with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
