The home accommodates up to 12 guests in four bedrooms with four full bathrooms. Its split floor plan has two entrances, and the two floors are not connected internally. The lower-level suite includes a living area, TV, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a second washer and dryer.
The main level has an open living room with couches and a TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Dining options include a breakfast table for four, a dining table for six and additional kitchen-counter barstool seating. The converted garage game room has beanbag seating, a TV and foosball.
The primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed, TV, balcony and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has four twin sleeping places arranged as two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds and a TV. Bedrooms are supplied with linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are also available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Outside are a private pool, patio with sun loungers, a shaded picnic area with ambient lighting, a garden/backyard and an upper balcony overlooking the pool with sunset views. BBQ facilities, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and keypad self-check-in are available. The driveway accommodates 4–5 vehicles, with boat parking allowed in the designated area.
