House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21. Maximum occupancy is 12, including infants and babies. Up to two dogs are permitted with approval and a per-pet fee; undisclosed, unapproved pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify AvantStay about registered service animals or emotional support animals. This is a smoke-free home; smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee, requires at least 48 hours' notice and is unavailable May–September.
Getting there
The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The home is just off Eleventh Street and Avenue G. The two floors have separate entrances and no internal connection. Driveway parking accommodates 4–5 vehicles; there is no garage access. Beach parking requires a permit. Construction, building work or community projects and events may be audible or visible during the stay. Golf-cart rentals may be requested early, but availability is not guaranteed.
