- Free private driveway parking for 4–5 vehicles. Boat parking is allowed in the designated area. No garage access. Vehicles parked on the beach require a beach parking permit, available at island convenience stores or open beach rental outlets.

- Up to two dogs are allowed for a per-pet fee with AvantStay approval. Undisclosed, unapproved pets may result in a $500 fine per pet. Notify AvantStay about registered service animals or emotional support animals.
