On the ground floor there's a friendly living room equipped with air conditioning which is open to the dining room with satellite-TV and access to the terrace, is perfect for enjoying a family movie.

If you fancy cooking, you will find everything you may need in the kitchen with gas hob. Furthermore, there's a shower bathroom. The upper storey comprises a shower bath, one bedroom with two twin beds and one master bedroom with double bed and A/C. The sofa in the living area can be prepared as an individual sofa bed. This nice house features a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board as well as a cot, a high chair and a fan on request. Set near the beach, in the north of Mallorca, this apartment is just a few steps of the fine grained sand beach and clear waters.
