The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area has high ceilings, large windows opening onto the garden and air conditioning. The living area includes satellite television and Smart TV. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus squeezer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
All three bedrooms have wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. A second bathroom has a shower and toilet. A cot and high chair are available, along with towels and a hair dryer.
Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available. There is no pool. Alcúdia town is 2.6 km away, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and its historic wall. The nearest supermarket is 0.95 km away, Golf d'Alcanada is 7.7 km away and Puerto de Alcúdia is 5.8 km away.
