The house has a furnished ground-floor terrace, an upper terrace connected to one bedroom, and two sun loungers. The air-conditioned living room opens to the dining area, which has satellite television and terrace access. Its sofa can be prepared as a single sofa bed for the additional guest.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. There is a shower bathroom downstairs. Upstairs are another shower bathroom, a twin bedroom and an air-conditioned main bedroom with a double bed.
Wi-Fi, towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A cot, high chair and fan are available on request. The fireplace cannot be used. There is no pool or on-property parking.
Port d'Alcúdia beach is 0.1 km away and a few steps from the house. Restaurants, shops, cafés, water sports and children's activities are available in Puerto de Alcúdia. Playa de Muro is nearby, and Alcúdia old town holds a market on Tuesdays and Sundays.
