House rules

Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are prohibited. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. The base occupancy is four guests, with one additional guest permitted for an extra charge. If the additional guest has not been paid for, the extra bed may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Optional extra bed: 20€/night. Optional extra cot: 25€/week. Mandatory final cleaning: 135€/stay. Damage deposit: 300.00 EUR. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 65 km away, Sa Pobla train station 12 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 5 km, Golf Alcanada 6 km and Hospital Juaneda Muro 1.2 km.
