The outdoor areas include a natural-grass garden, a built-in barbecue, two large furnished porches for outdoor dining and an upper terrace overlooking the rural surroundings. The private saltwater pool measures 7.4 × 4 m and is 1.70 m deep.
Inside, there is a spacious dining room and a fully equipped induction kitchen with a microwave. Upstairs, an air-conditioned sitting room has a Smart TV. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor and have air conditioning: one has two single beds and two have one double bed each. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room; the second bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby.
