The house

The outdoor areas include a natural-grass garden, a built-in barbecue, two large furnished porches for outdoor dining and an upper terrace overlooking the rural surroundings. The private saltwater pool measures 7.4 × 4 m and is 1.70 m deep.

Inside, there is a spacious dining room and a fully equipped induction kitchen with a microwave. Upstairs, an air-conditioned sitting room has a Smart TV. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor and have air conditioning: one has two single beds and two have one double bed each. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room; the second bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available, as is a fireplace.

Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available. Inca town centre, its train station and its bus stop are 1 km away. Inca holds a weekly market on Thursdays. Playa de Alcudia is 28 km away, Palma de Mallorca Airport is 32.4 km away, Pollença Golf Club is 24.6 km away, Puerto de Alcudia ferry port is 30.8 km away and Hospital Comarcal de Inca is 4.2 km away.

The property is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. The owner usually visits every two or three days at 07:00 to maintain the pool and garden. Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
