House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
The house has two floors, with all bedrooms on the ground floor and the sitting room upstairs. Inca town centre, train station and bus stop are 1 km away. Playa de Alcudia is 28 km away; Palma de Mallorca Airport is 32.4 km away. The owner usually visits every two or three days at 07:00 for pool and garden maintenance.
