The house has a chlorine swimming pool measuring 13 × 4 metres, with depths from 1 to 2 metres. Outside are a garden, sun loungers, a terrace with a dining table and chairs, and a mobile barbecue.
The living room has two sofas and satellite TV. The separate kitchen incorporates an indoor dining area and includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, crockery and utensils. A guest toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the same floor.
All three bedrooms are upstairs and have oil heating and wardrobes. The main bedroom has one double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom has one double bed; the third has two single beds. A shared bathroom with a bathtub serves the upper floor. A cot and high chair can be provided. Towels, a hair dryer and a change of towels and sheets during the stay are included. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.
Inca is 3.5 km away and has shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a Thursday market. Playa de Muro is 25.4 km away, and Port d’Alcúdia is approximately 25 km away.
