The house has a living room with a Smart TV connected to a kitchen-dining area. The kitchen includes gas hobs, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. The bedroom has one double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe; the bathroom has a shower. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. Towels and a hair dryer are available, and the washing machine is in an outdoor cupboard.
Outside, a large terrace with an outdoor dining area overlooks fields and hills. The private pool measures 8 × 4 metres and has an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols nearby.
Inca is 2.3 km away and has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a traditional Thursday market. Port d’Alcúdia is approximately 25 km away. Playa de Muro is 25.4 km away. Puig de Santa Magdalena offers hiking opportunities, and Lluc Monastery is a cultural excursion in the Serra de Tramuntana.
