The main level has a vaulted ceiling and lake-facing windows, with all four bedrooms on this level. Two king bedrooms each have a full bathroom, while two queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The primary king bedroom has a TV. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, along with a Pack'n'Play and high chair. Curtains provide privacy and light control; there are no blinds.
The kitchen includes KitchenAid appliances, an island with bar seating, a beverage fridge and a Keurig Duo. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the island. A dedicated office and laundry room are off the living space. The lower-level game room has a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, a built-in bar, two smart TVs, board and card games, and a shared full bathroom.
Outside, the covered cabana has lounge seating, an outdoor dining table, propane fire tables and string lights. The waterfront hot tub has a nearby smart TV. A propane grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, pool towels and two kayaks are available. The dock is private to the home; the beach area is shared with the neighboring property.
Boat ramps and rental outfitters around Pinnacle are under ten minutes away. Downtown Mooresville is roughly a twenty-minute drive, and Birkdale Village is about half an hour south. Charlotte Motor Speedway is around forty minutes away, while uptown Charlotte and the airport are both about forty-five minutes away.
