House rules

The booking guest must be at least 25. Maximum occupancy is eight at all times, including infants, children and visitors. Up to two dogs weighing no more than 60 lbs each are permitted for a fee per pet; unapproved, undisclosed pets may result in a $500 fine. The home is smoke-free; violations incur a $500 cleaning-related fee plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Both gas fireplaces are decorative and unavailable for guest use. Thermostats cannot be set below 72°F. Flush toilet paper only into the septic system; no wipes, paper towels or other products. Run one shower at a time for the best water pressure. Recycling service is unavailable; all waste goes into household trash. Park only in the on-site spaces, with a maximum of five vehicles; no street or grass parking and no guest garage access. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.

Getting there

The private dock serves the home, while the beach is shared with the neighboring property to the right; stay on your side of the shared beach. A camera may be present in the boat dock area. The concrete driveway slopes downhill and can require extra caution in wet or icy weather. This wooded lakefront setting has local wildlife; keep exterior doors closed and food indoors.
