- Free on-site parking for up to five vehicles. No street or grass parking; the garage is unavailable to guests. The concrete driveway slopes downhill and requires caution in wet or icy conditions.
- Pets allowed
- Up to two dogs, each weighing no more than 60 lbs, are allowed for a fee per pet. Undisclosed pets without approval may incur a $500 fine.
