The open-plan living area has plush seating, a Smart TV and garden views, with an adjoining dining area seating six. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, ice machine, wine fridge, toaster oven and mixer. A covered lanai provides a gas grill and outdoor dining amid tropical foliage. Outdoor outlooks include greenery, the golf course and distant volcanoes.
The primary suite has a king bed, a reading nook with a loveseat, a private balcony with sunset views and an ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled shower, dual vanities and separate toilet room. The guest suite has two extra-long twin beds convertible to a king upon advance request, a workspace and an ensuite with a shower-tub combination. The living room has a queen sofa bed with extra bedding. A powder room is downstairs.
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a private garage and free parking are available within the gated community. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are provided.
The shared recreation center has a lagoon-style pool, waterfall hot tub, sun loungers, shaded dining areas and a fitness center. Guests have exclusive entry to Mauna Lani Beach Club for its sandy beach, snorkeling and beachfront Napua restaurant. Resort fitness center, golf, tennis and pickleball access and beach equipment rentals carry additional charges. Resort shops, groceries, restaurants and bars are also paid services.
The Shops at Mauna Lani are a stroll away for dining, groceries and local goods. The Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail, golf, volcanoes and valleys are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
