The kitchen includes professional appliances, a large island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee equipment, food processor, rice cooker, juicer, mixer, ice machine and wine fridge. An outdoor kitchen and barbecue complement oceanview alfresco dining for twelve.
Four air-conditioned bedrooms have ceiling fans, lanais and ensuite bathrooms with separate vanities, indoor showers and soaking tubs. The elevated primary suite has ocean views and a private mountain-view bath patio. Guest suites have ocean and pool views and outdoor garden showers. Additional bathroom spaces include a front hallway shower room, a second-floor hallway guest bathroom and a powder room off the living room.
Outdoor facilities include a private heated 25-meter infinity pool, multiple wading pools with a soft sand-bottom splash zone, a heated spa, shaded lounges, garden seating, daybeds and a private landscaped yard. Other facilities include a private fitness room, Sonos whole-home audio, television, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, outdoor showers, a washer and dryer, a garage and free parking. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras are provided.
The estate is in a private gated community. Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, resort dining, bars and live music are within walking distance. Mauna Kea and Hapuna golf courses, Puako and Waikoloa dining and shops, watersports charters, snorkeling, scuba diving, coastal lookouts and hiking trails are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
Optional Mauna Kea Services resort membership requires guest registration and a daily fee paid directly to Mauna Kea Services; inquire for details. Benefits include reserved beach and pool seating, fitness centers at Mauna Kea and Hapuna, discounted golf and oceanfront tennis, charging privileges at resort restaurants and bars, and access to resort shops, spas and dining.
