The house has four ensuite bedroom suites, each with a private lanai and exterior access, opening toward tropical gardens or the inner courtyard. The primary suite includes an office area, jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and outdoor shower. The other suites have travertine showers. A separate media room has a queen sofa bed, large television and additional seating.
The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, a sectional, a large flat-screen television and pocket doors opening to the pool terrace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas each seat ten. The equipped kitchen includes Sub-Zero stainless appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, cookware, tableware and glassware, along with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, freezer, blender, rice cooker, crockpot, ice machine and wine fridge.
Outside are a private heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi spa, barbecue, courtyard fountain, tropical gardens and a private yard. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the home. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a designated workspace, washer/dryer and free parking. Beach chairs, towels and coolers are included; boogie boards and a beach umbrella are also available. Beach-equipment rentals carry an additional charge. A crib and high chair are available.
Complimentary Mauna Lani Beach Club entry provides access to a white-sand beach, beach chairs, snorkeling and the oceanfront Napua Restaurant. Resort golf, spa, fitness and tennis facilities carry additional charges. The Francis I‘i Brown North and South golf courses, six tennis courts, and the Sports & Fitness Club with lap pool, gym and daily classes are among the resort facilities. Resort amenity access may require an additional fee per person per day.
