This approximately 1,650-square-foot ranch sleeps up to six guests. The open-plan living spaces include a wood-burning fireplace, sound system and pool table. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with breakfast-bar seating, stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee equipment, toaster, blender and cookware. A formal dining table and rear deck provide indoor and outdoor dining options.
All three bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning and closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.
The landscaped backyard has a private 20-by-40-foot heated outdoor pool, patio seating, four lounge chairs, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. A fence surrounds the yard. Other facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a treadmill, television and a Bluetooth speaker. There is space for three cars in the driveway and one in the garage.
Local beaches and shops are nearby, with access to a private beach within walking distance. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
